Our client at Oxera wanted to encourage their employees to want to come back into the office and shifting the 'work from home' module to an inspiring 'work in office' mentality.
The design is sympathetic towards the desires of each individual and offer various work settings to inspire people to do their best work in the different types of neighbourhoods embedded within their office space.

THE LOOK AND FEEL
Softening the palette with neutral tones that creates a 'home from home' atmosphere to encourage a gentle change to the life styles of employees who have been working from home throughout the pandemic.
PROJECT GOALS
Creating a space that has a little something for everyone was our key driver. The design is sympathetic towards those who may need a place of focus as well as high energy spaces for collaborations.
