Tying multiple floors together to prevent segregation amongst the team and designing unique spaces on each floor with different work settings to suit everyone's needs.
THE LAYERS
We wanted to create a heatmap of exciting spaces that spirals across all floor plates.
Starting from the Ground Floor where the excitement and connection to the street level happens, all the way to the work floors in the middle and finally as we climb to the top floor, we created a secondary bar setting that ties in with the terrace space to sandwich the various floors with fun and energetic settings that is shared across the board.

ABOUT PROJECT
JTI is keen to bring about a fun and exciting space for their employees and clients alike.
With ground floor being the client suite as well as ad-hoc working spaces, we wanted to create vibrant social space that gentle ties working environments together.
The settings revolve around modular, multi-functional furniture settings giving the option to transform a space from meeting to town hall and from collab to brainstorm.
THE PALETTE
Our top priority was to maintain JTI's brand colours while also adding a touch of neutrality and softness to the overall design.
